There are many things to consider when buying an LCD HDTV. You may think that an HDTV is an HDTV, and there are hardly any differences between any of the HDTVs. By looking at these specs you will allow yourself to know exactly what you are buying and will not be disappointed with anything when you get it home.

The higher the contrast ratio the better the picture that TV will put out. You see, these HDTVs have a whole bunch of little pixels that can turn on and off in order to display the image that the TV is tyring to display.
